Kestrel Alpha Capital LLC ("we") collects personal data only where we have a lawful basis: to respond to enquiries you send us, to process job applications, to meet our regulatory and counterparty obligations, and to keep our systems secure.

What we collect

Contact details and the content of your messages; application materials; technical data about visits to this site (IP address, browser, pages viewed) kept in server logs for security purposes.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for 24 months; applications for 12 months after a decision unless you ask us to keep them longer; server logs for 90 days.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, for it to be corrected or deleted, or object to its processing, by writing to privacy@kestrelalpha.com.
